We are a smallish but very experienced brand strategy and design agency, set up, grown and run by an entrepreneurial and motivated team. Our track record and subsequent client list - a deliberately broad portfolio ranging across entertainments, media, retail, financial and manufacturing sectors - are second to none. Our experience, combined with a firm understanding of market realities, has led us to reject layers of account management in favour of a hands-on approach to our client relationships. So whilst we all have clear roles in the business, we are all capable of getting our sleeves rolled up to get a job done, whatever it takes.

We’re looking, above all, for an intelligent designer with an enquiring mind, but who also has a clear understanding of the production side of the brand identity business and can deliver at a detailed level in a variety of media. You could have left college with a good degree a couple of years ago, you may have been freelance and now want to join forces with a broader team or you may have been working in a few large studios, gaining some useful experience but slowly realising that you didn’t go to art school to end up working in a factory. You may value style more than content or vice-versa - we‘re looking for someone who can argue their corner and make the subsequent design solution work in practice.

Whatever your background or point of view, we only want to talk to you if you are ready to jump in the serious end of strategically-focused corporate branding. We’re not bothering to list the software you need to know, because you’ll know what that is already. It’s more important to us that you know what team work – and hard work - are.
